I can wear these pants everyday during the winter. I guess I will wear them in the spring too because the sides zipper down for some intense breathing! Look in the photos. I've been wearing warm tights underneath and open up the sides for some cool air when I get to hot. 

All the pockets are zippered to ensure nothing falls out. 

The material is so stretchy and comfortable. I can easily do yoga in these pants if I did yoga.
