Adams Canyon Waterfall
4.6 mile out and back
1,427 feet of vert
Heavily trafficked trail to a large, beautiful waterfall! I think every local around here has hiked up to Adams Canyon waterfall at least once. It really is an awesome trail. Be sure to hike up in the winter, too, to see a half frozen waterfall in a winter wonderland.
From the trailhead, you immediately start switchbacking up a wide and sandy trail. Once you catch your breath, continue heading on the trail that leads to mouth of the canyon. It's all mostly uphill to the waterfall. There are some technical spots on the trail where you have to overcome huge boulders but it's nothing to deter you.
To get to the lower waterfall. Turn right when you see the wooden bench.
